• Reservations must be made through our official website or authorized channels. • A valid booking confirmation is required for entry. • Guests must arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled time slot. • Late arrivals may result in reduced dining time or cancellation without refund. • Maximum party size is 4 guests per table unless otherwise arranged.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking. • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. • Payment is processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway. • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the booking: Full refund • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund • Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds. • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other diners. • Smart casual dress code is recommended. • Outside food and beverages are not permitted. • Smoking is prohibited in dining areas. • Management reserves the right to refuse service.
